The Health Screening service provides an overview into your health and fitness status. It identifies key aspects of your general health and wellbeing and compares your metrics and scores to normative data (age, height, weight etc.)

The Screening comprises of 3 stages:

Ideal Mass

Waist to Hip Ratio

Flexibility

Muscle Endurance
• Situps
• Pushups

Sub-maximal physical work capacity cycle test
• Blood Pressure and Blood Pressure response to exercise
• Oxygen Saturation levels
• Rate of Perceived Exertion (R.P.E)

Indirect VO2 Max

Report

A discussion of your report and recommendations made according to your risk stratification

Intervention

• An exercise and/or lifestyle program can be recommended upon completion of the Health Screening according to your report.
• It is also recommended to complete a Functional Movement Screen and Corrective Strategy in addition to the Health Screen, to get a complete overview of your Movement Mechanics.
