What happens after I finish my Shoulder Impingement Program?

It is recommended to continue your progress by performing the Functional Movement Screen and Corrective Strategies and following our other classes.  Classes that may be of interest include our BALANCE , ROLL & RECOVER and SMRT-CORE classes
