EXERCISE & REHABILITATION CLASSES
• Improve your flexibility, mobility and core stability
• Decrease your risk of back pain
• Supervised training sessions based on how you move not how much you lift
Program Outline
The program will comprise of three stages:
Initial Assessment
• Functional Movement
• Core Strength and Endurance
8 Week Exercise Classes
• 45 minutes of supervised training sessions
• 1x sessions per week
Final Assessment
• Measurement recorded as per Initial Assessment for comparison
What happens after I finish my Back Correctives Program?
It is recommended to continue your progress by following our other classes. Classes that may be of interest include our MOVE , BALANCE , ROLL & RECOVER and SMRT-CORE classes
